Corps of Engineer Campgrounds Swimming Beach
The WCYC has offered swimming lessons for nearly 40 years. We have trained more than 1000 swimmers. We are pleased to announce that again this year classes for children 5 years of age and older will be open to the public and offered at no charge.
Minnesota law requires youth ages 12 - 17 to have Minnesota Watercraft Operator‘s Permit or similar certification from their home state.

The Whitefish Chain Yacht Club and Lake Bertha Boatworks are pleased to announce Women At The Helm: a class on basic boat operation for women.

Again this summer our club will be providing on the water support for participants in the Paddle to the Moon event.

6:00 pm safety briefing and launch vessels.
6:30pm- Paddle to Moonlite Bay begins
7:30-9pm- Dinner at Moonlite Bay
9-10:30pm- Paddle back to the US Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters
